About Us

Movies@ Cinemas currently have two major Multiplex Cinemas in the Dundrum Town Centre and the Pavilions Shopping Centre in Swords. Movies@ was founded by Andrew O'Gorman & Osborne Spurling in 2005. The Group is entirely Irish owned and run by the two families who have over 30 years experience in the cinema industry. The Group currently has a number of new cinemas in the pipeline. In addition both families own and operate many cinemas throughout the country.

Movies@ Dundrum & Movies@Swords collectively have 23 screens. With the majority of the screens hosting state of the art digital projectors to enhance the cinema experience though picture and sound with our Dolby digital surround sound systems. We also have auditoriums which are fitted with high-tech silver 3D screens.

Cinema going is a constantly evolving business needing regular new concepts, hence our decision to provide, amongst other facilities, a VIP Cinema & Lounge within each complex. This proves very popular amongst our regular customers and particularly our corporate clients.
